“Wrap-up Time” March 1, 2011

A quick study made with myPaint – this opensource application is very good for a fast sketch like this one (made in less than 1 hour).

The brushes used belong to a set made by David Revoy (deevad) and are really nice to work with.

The story behind this sketch is the time spent between calls, when you throw away the headset on the side and type a little summary of the phone conversation that just happened into the system – creating a “ticket” … that little period of time is called “wrap-up” and shouldn’t be above 3mn (otherwise you’re in trouble) before you put yourself back into an “available” status which means you’re ready for the next caller.
